Saso Bajovski, 42 years old, owner
of carpenter's workshop "Saso" - Bitola
"I am Sasho Bajovski. I
am 42 years old, and I am working the noblest work in the world. I am a
carpenter", the man who almost 15 years fabricates products from wood and
plywood is proudly stating. "I ennoble the wood. In my workshop everyone
interested could order various furniture peaces according to their needs and
desires. They can order wooden products such as doors and windows. I guarantee
for the quality".
Marjan Milosevski, 26
year old, owner of "Pikasu EM" a bakery and a cake shop - Bitola
"I have never in my life thought
that I'm going to be a baker. I didn't even know what is a rolling pin, and not
to knead bread or make a cake. Now, I'm not only a master baker and a
confectioner, and then I'm even a businessman and an owner of "Pikasu EM", a
bakery and cake shop" - starts his story the 26-year-old Marjan Milosevski from
Bitola, who eight years ago, after finishing the School of Agriculture
Agronomy, started to learn and master the confectioner-baker's profession. Suffering
made him do that, but he's not complaining, on the contrary. He's only too
glad. "In 2001, when I graduated, there was a mass closing of the factories in
Bitola. My parents were left on the street with no money and I started to look
for a job in order to finance my education. I literally started as a carrier in
the cake shops and bakeries in the town, and now I'm a well known master of
this profession and looked-for by the customers "- says Marjan.
Nikolina Kelesovska, 23 year old,
graduated economist, accountancy, finances, revision, postgraduate on business
administration, MBA management
How, a young person from Macedonia
can start up his own business, make money and have only a diploma from faculty
and en empty account. In the case of the 23-year-old Nikolina, a graduated economist
is only enough to have a clear idea of what is wanted and make a research- what
is the most profitable in the given moment at the given place. "I searched on
the internet which agricultural products are most demanded on the world
markets. I found out that the raspberry is a deficient product which can be
gathered by the world market in unlimited quantities, and in Macedonia it is
manufactured at only four hectares"- says Nikolina. "I have never had any
contacts with the agriculture, but I have always seen the Macedonian
perspectives in it and in the export of our ecological, agricultural products.
That's how Nikolina started to develop the idea for manufacturing raspberries.
Jasmina Mrskovska 24
years, graduated at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Bitola, Graphic Department
- Design and Multimedia
Creativity is
the most important component in Jasmina's job. She must have it in an absolute
quantity and to demonstrate it in a proper manner. She also must know how to
have a good communications with the people who could become her clients. Have
to acquaint them, to listen to them, to meet their wishes and desires and to
transform all of those components into concrete product - something that will
make her clients recognizable on the market.
"I'm creating
the corporate identity of a company. Interpreted that would be - I am designing
the logo of the company, the name, the trademark by which it will be recognizable
on the market", says Jasmina. It is strange for her that the Macedonian companies
in the past did not pay much attention on their corporate identity.
Andrej Manevski, 26 years
old and Sotir Gramosli, 27, graduated at Faculty of Technical Sciences Bitola, Department

"We know each other since
the student's days. We graduated at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department
for Industrial Management. Together, we have participated at several Business
Plan Competitions. On one of them we have won 1st place. Here, on
the Business Plan Competition, organized by BSC Bitola we've applied with an
idea not only to participate and to win, but finally to begin with doing our
business". And it happened... Andrej Manevski and Sotir Gramosli already 11
months are conducting their business plan, "Press Clipping", with whom they won
the 4th place at the BPC in BSC Bitola.
"Our job is to monitor
and process all information which are published in the print media, and
expeditiously deliver them to our clients in a form of report. That means, all
