BSC  Bitola is currently building up a System of consultancy and coaching services to put at disposal of the winners of our Business Plan Competition (BPC).

Coaches and consultants offer our BPC’s winners expertise in 33 different areas of business in order to support them to develop further their business plans or to tune-up their own business.

BSC Bitola encourages fair competition among consultants to enhance capacity of the consultancy sector in Macedonia. Thus, remuneration of consultants per hour reflects market prices, based on years of experience and specific competence.

Professional consultants and coaches selected by BSC Bitola are registered in our electronic database where the detailed profile of consultants, their areas of expertise and preferred remuneration per hour is stated.

The winners of our BPC are granted with vouchers for coaching and consultancy services. Within our system for coaching and consultancy, the beneficiaries are given the option to shop freely for the consultants who best serve their needs. Thus, with the support and assistance of the BSC staff beneficiaries will chose from the system for coaching and consultancy database the consultant/s they need, based also on the price of which consultant is worth.

The selected consultants selected by beneficiaries of our system for coaching and consultancy  submit  their coaching and consulting  plans to BSC staff and report to BSC staff  in a duly form.

BSC Bitola handles the payment of the consultants under our system for coaching and consultancy, upon duly report on consultancy provided.
