Following the modern mainstreams BSC Bitola organized trainings for IT Outsourcing.
Outsourcing is a new globalization result and one of the biggest
trends that are changing world’s economy.
IT Outsourcing trainings content 4 week intensive trainings. In the first week the trainer gave general lectures about outsourcing - what is outsourcing,
ways of outsourcing, outsourcing portals, etc.
During the second week the participants have lectures about preparation of CV/Portfolio as tool
for attracting outsourced projects.
Last two weeks the participants had a practical trainings. During the practical trainings the participants were trained how to apply for outsourcing projects. Every participant
prepared his/her own CV/portfolio, posted it on several outsourcing portals,
and also they analyzed available projects (tips and tricks for successful biding).
Last week the participants had a practical exercise. Because this trainings are organized in cooperation with Netherland Outsourcing company ClockWork, participants were divided in several groups and every group should
present itself through appropriate portfolio and send an offer to the company to get an assignement. After the evaluation of the offers of the groups one of the groups will get a real assignement from the Netherland company.
