Business Skills Trainings (Sep-Oct 2008) |

On September 11-th, had started the 2 round of Business Skills Trainings for 2008.
The trainings were held at the Faculty of Technical Sciences-Bitola.
The procedure for selection of the
candidates was the same as previousround. The participants at the
Business Skills Trainings were selected according their Business Idea
application.
In this round there were also 6 intensive training modules:
1. Strategy,
Organization & Resource Planning
2. Marketing
Strategy and Market Research and Product/Service Development
3. Innovation Management and management of the customers
4. Individual Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Communication and sales
5. Financing of small businesses
6. Business plan writing
During this trainings, participants have gained apropriate skills
and techniques for writing of the business plan. The Business Idea that
they had applied for the Business Skills Trainings using this skills
they will developed into the full business plan.
