Continuing with the support of the business sector, BSC Bitola together with The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and in cooperation with PREDA-Prilep has created a special Advanced Business Skills program for: New and already existing enterprises from Prilep region.    

These advanced one-month trainings are created according to the specified needs of these enterprises, according to a pre-designed assessment meeting. The 4 new types of Advanced Business Trainings are supposed to improve their business performances in some specific fields, like: 

·        - Management Training for Owners and Executive Managers

·        - Marketing and Sales

·        - Finances for non-financials

·        - Human Resource Management and Development
